1-How can I order?

You can create your order with “Add To Cart” or “Buy Now” button to on the product page and you will be redirected to the cart page. At this stage, you can view your cart, continue to shopping, add/remove product, and, to complete your order you click “Pay Now” button to go to the checkout process. You have two options here. You can continue with quick membership, by logging in our website, connecting with facebook/gmail, or continue without membership. After you complete to fill informations of the delivery address page you will be redirected to the payment page to complete your order.

As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

2-What are the payment methods available? How secure is website?

You have many payment options and we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, money transfer and alternative payment methods (Sofort, Giropay, JCB, UnionPay, AMEX, EPS, Ideal, Alipay, Qiwi, Mybank, Entercash, Bancontact, Multibanco, P24, Safetypay, Boleto, WeChat Pay, Verkkopanki and etc).

Here at Artepera we take security seriously. We use 128 bit  SSL security software in the checkout. This means that your card payment details are encrypted, you will see a small padlock and the prefix HTTPS appear in the top left hand side of your browser.

Your credit card company may also carry out additional security checks. In the event your card is declined please contact your card issuer to authorise the transaction.

We may feel the need to carry out additional security checks to help protect both Artepera and its customers. In these cases we may ask for additional proof of ID such as a driving licence or utility bill. You will be contacted either by email or by phone if this is necessary.


3-When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. 99% of the orders are shipped at the next working day.

All international orders are shipped via DHL, Aramex or etc. on a tracked service. Delivery time frames vary from country to country. Delivery time is 1-10 days max for all countries. 

All domestic orders are shipped via Aras or etc. on a tracked service. Delivery time is 1-3 days max for domestic orders.

Orders are delivered by courier. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your order between these hours, alternatively have your order delivered to your work address. Our courier services are fully trackable.


Please note the estimated delivery time frames provided at website and email are not guaranteed. These time frames are in place to give our customers an idea of delivery dates and should not be seen as 100% accurate. Artepera will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to courier issues.

If you miss your delivery you will receive a calling card from shipping company which will give instructions on what to do next. 

Please note that any items sent by DHL, TNT or UPS usually arrive within 3-8 days, DHL, TNT or UPS stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.


4-Should I have to pay shipping cost?

Absolutely NO. We offer FREE and EXPRESS SHIPPING to the WORLDWIDE.


5-What should I do if I’m not happy with the product?

We're sure you'll be happy with your Wall Art Istanbul purchase but we all change our minds, if you do please read our shipping&return policy. As always our customer experience team are only an email away! So any questions you have please email: [email protected]


6-How do I buy wholasale?

You can send us an e-mail to [email protected] about which products you are interested in. We will revert back to you as soon as possible with our latest products and prices.


7-Do you make custom design?

For custom designs, you can contact us at [email protected] e-mail address and send your request along with the drawing files.

According to the details and dimensions of your design, provided that it is not below a certain quantity, price offer are carried out and productions are performed according to your approval.


8-Can I change the address after placing my order?

Before your order is delivered (99% of the orders are shipped at the next working day), you can contact us by email address [email protected], by our social media accounts, or whatsapp +90 533 737 53 48.


9-What should I do if I couldn’t find my province in the province line?


This could happen very rarely but don’t worry. Please just choose a nearest province to continue your order and add your province to the address line. We can check and confirm your address with postal code. Moreover, you can add your full address into the note section.


10-What is the main material of the products?

Our designs are made of first quality steel and combined with wooden, glass, marble, leather and etc. We also use stainless steel in some of our designs.


11-How can I track my order?

After the confirmation of your order, you will get a tracking number so that you can follow your order.


12-How do I know and follow the latest news and campaigns?
