  • If you are not satisfied with your products for any reason, you can send your order free of charge by Aras Kargo or Yurtiçi Kargo within 14 days of receipt. If you choose a different company, our company does not cover the payment.
  • Please check the product when you receive the package. WallArtIstanbul is not responsible for any defect for products that are not checked within 2 weeks from the date of delivery.
  • Wall Art Istanbul is not responsible for all the return shipping and customs fees of returned items.
  • Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in transit.
  • We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as Wall Art Istanbul will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • If your return does not meet these criteria this policy will not apply.
  • For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days. This will be minus any postage charges. Please allow any refund, time to show up in your account or on your card.
