How long after my order is purchased will it be shipped?

Our products will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with Wall Art Istanbul guarantee. Our shipping is free.

Our products include large-sized products and personalized products, and the preparation time for these products varies between 5-10 business days.

Payment

You can make your purchases from Wall Art Istanbul by payment at the door, credit card, or money transfer.

In the money transfer option, simply add your name and order number to the specified account in the transfer description.

Return

You can return the products you have purchased to Aras Kargo, free of charge, within 14 days after they arrive, with their original box and packaging.

After completely filling out the return section on the invoice you received, we kindly ask you to send us the cargo tracking number via Whatsapp or e-mail.

Returns cannot be accepted for products without original packaging.
