PAYMENT

• You can shop at Wall Art Istanbul by credit card, pay at the door or bank transfer.
• You can use the "İyzico" option on the payment page for our Credit Card option.
• If you choose to pay at the door, Aras Kargo will deliver your shipment with a POS machine, you can pay with cash or bank card.
• In the bank transfer option, simply add your name and order number to the specified account in the bank transfer description.

DELIVERY

• We carefully prepare and pack our products within 1-3 business days and deliver them to Aras Cargo. Aras Cargo also delivers our products to you within 1-3 business days. Our products usually reach our customers within 1 week.
• Some of our large size products may take up to 10 business days to prepare.

RETURNS

• You can return the products you have purchased with Aras Cargo in their original box and packaging, free of charge, within 14 days after they reach you.
• After you have filled out the return section on the invoice you received, we kindly ask you to send the cargo tracking number even via Whatsapp or e-mail.
• Returns are not accepted for products without original packaging.

PACKAGING

Styrofoam and cardboard are used in the box to protect the product against scratches and external effects. Packaging is sturdy enough for safe deliveries.

MATERIAL

Our products are made of high quality steel and painted with electrostatic powder paint, this paint protects the product against corrosion. However, when exposed to heavy snow and rain outdoors, it may start to rust after a while. Therefore, it is not suitable for outdoor use.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

Cleaning our products is very simple. First clean the surface of the product with a damp soft cloth, then dry it with a soft cloth to avoid water marks.

Do not use chemicals while cleaning. Remember that hard polishing will damage the surface.
